Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lavie ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Lavie is a personal finance tracking app that helps you record income, expenses, assets, and savings goals. The App provides calculations and projections based on the data you enter. Lavie is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions

• Lavie offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Lavie Pro") that unlock additional features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices are in the currency of your App Store region and may vary by location.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kui Liang and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Financial calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kui Liang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial losses based on information provided by the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
